This is a New 3DS in white with Japanese Hello Kitty plates. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
The console is in good condition. The shell has some light scratches and scuffs. Both screens have screen protectors and appear to be scratch free underneath. The top screen has some slight yellowing on the right side that should improve with more gameplay and no bright/dead pixels. It's a great console, and the cover plates are gorgeous!
