This is a 3DS LL in white. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in very good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
The console is in very good cosmetic condition. The outside shell of the system has a few light clear coat scratches. The screens have no scratches or bright/dead pixels. The bottom screen has a slight yellow patina that should clear up with more gameplay. It's a great console, and the color was never released in North America! Any imperfections are reflected in the price of the system.
