This is a 3DS LL in mint and white. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in great condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
The console is in great condition. The shells have little to no marks on them. The screens have a few light scratches that do not show during gameplay and no yellowing or bright/dead pixels. The hinge is still tight like it is brand new. It's a great console and such a gorg color! Any imperfections are reflected in the price.
