This is a New 3DS LL in metallic blue. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in very good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
The system is in very good condition. The shells have some light clear coat scratches but nothing too bad. The dual IPS screens look great with no yellowing or bright/dead pixels. The top screen does have some light scratches but nothing that can be seen during gameplay. Any imperfections are reflected in the price.
