This is a modded red Mario 25th Anniversary DSi XL. It is North American region. The only app included is Twilight Menu++. We will send you instructions on how to use the app.
The DSi is in very good, used condition. The shell has a few light scuffs. Screens have some very light scratches that cannot be see during gameplay. There is no yellowing or bright/dead pixels. Overall, it's a very beautiful console that deserves to belong in someone's collection. Any imperfections are reflected in the price.
