This is a New 3DS LL in Black. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in fair condition. The face tracking for the 3d doesn't work. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
The system is in fair condition. The shells have multiple scratches, scuffs, nicks, and a few areas of peeling paint around the volume and 3d slider. The screens have some minor scratches on them that do not show during gameplay. The top screen has a few areas that have some bright bright spots. Neither screen has any yellowing or dead pixels. Any imperfections are reflected in the price.
