This is a new model 3DS in white with Rare Yo-Kai Watch Jibanyan Plates . It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in very good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
The console is in very good condition. The plates have minimal light scratches, and the body itself has a few small scuffs. The screens appear to be in good shape with the bottom screen having a screen protector and the top screen having slight scratches that cannot be seen during gameplay. Neither screen has any yellowing or bright/dead pixels. It's a great console, and the cover plates are gorgeous!
