This is a 3DS LL in the Tomodachi Life pattern. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in fair working condition. The front facing camara isn't operating properly but the internal camara works as intended. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
The system is in fair condition. The shells have multiple scratches, scuffs, and nicks. A few deeper than others. The screens have some minor scratches on them that do not show during gameplay. The upper screen has a few bright spot that only show on a lighter background. Neither screen has any yellowing or dead pixels. Any imperfections are reflected in the price.
