This is a new model 3DS in white with colorful stars plates. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in very good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
 
The console is in very good condition. The plates have minimal light scratches, and the body itself has a few small scuffs. The screens appear to be in good shape with the bottom screen having a screen protector. There is slight some yellowing in the corners of the top screen that should clear up with more gameplay. This is common for this console. Neither screen has any bright or dead pixels. It's a great console, and the cover plates are gorgeous!
