This is an EUC new 3DS in white with Japanese Hello Kitty plates. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in great condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
 
The console is in great condition. The plates have some light scratches. There are some scuffs and scratches on the frame edges. The screens have no yellowing or bright/dead pixels. Both screens do have some scratches that are hard to see during gameplay. It's a great console, and the cover plates are gorgeous! Consider getting a Kira Kira shell to keep your system beautiful and sparkly.
