This is a new 2DS XL in purple/silver. It is a NA region model. It's tested and in good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently. 
The console is in poor cosmetic condition. The body has scratches on the front and back. The purple top plate won't sit flush (see pics) but we put a clear shell on it which keeps it flat. The shell has scratches and a small crack on the bottom. It is a great console and such a vibrant color! Any imperfections are reflected in the price. The system works perfectly even if though there are cosmetic imperfections.
