The console is in good condition. The plates and body have numerous light scratches. The screens are free of scratches or marks. There are no bright or dead pixels. It's a great console, and the cover plates are gorgeous! Slight yellowing in corners. Any imperfections are reflected in the price. 
This system has the issue common with many new 3ds systems that if you leave it unplugged too long, that battery will drain. Make sure you keep your system charged every few days for the best performance. We also replaced the battery for you to help with this.
