This is a new model 3DS in black with 2 mix matched yet sharp looking plates. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently.
 
The console is in good condition. The stripe plate has minor clear coat scratches throughout but the polka-dot plate looks clean, and the body itself has numerous scratches and scuffs. The screens appear clean. There are no bright or dead pixels. It's a great console, and the cover plates are striking! We will also send the original black plates (fair condition) if requested .
