We only use stock photos for new accessories. All systems photos are of the system you will receive. The only exception to this is the build your own 2ds.

New Items are photos are taken throughout the week and listed soon afterwards. Drops are usually on Friday and 1 day during the week.

We try our best to get items packed/shipped within 2 days of your order. If ordered after 11 am EST, items are considered as the following day. Shipping normally takes up to 1 week for domestic orders and between 1-4 weeks for international orders.
